Job description

The Recruitment Analyst - Asia Pacific (APAC) will manage and report recruitment data for the APAC Recruitment Team. 

You will focus strongly on data analytics and combine your talent acquisition expertise with data-driven insights to identify, attract, and secure top talent. Your ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize strategies will be crucial in enhancing our hiring processes.

You will act as a subject matter expert and contact point for support and inquiries on Hilton’s applicant tracking system (Taleo) and aptitude and personality test (SHL).

What will I be doing? 
As the Recruitment Analyst - APAC, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

·  Consolidate and maintain data integrity of recruitment data/trackers for the APAC region.
·  Analyze recruitment metrics, track hiring trends, and use insights to optimize our hiring strategies. 
·  Conduct market analysis to identify hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor strategies, ensuring our recruitment efforts are aligned with industry standards.
·  Develop and present recruitment reports and dashboards that provide insights into hiring performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
·  Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide data-backed recommendations on candidate selection and recruitment strategies.
·  Continuously review and enhance recruitment processes using data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
·  Provide administrative support for the SHL manual launch to candidates and consolidate cross charges for the SHL monthly billings to Hilton hotels and regional offices.
·  Verify and address all SHL billing queries from Hilton hotels and regional offices.
·  Contact point to submit hotel / regional office location and department details and Team Member’s systems access to the global systems support team for loading/updating the ATS system.
·  Ensure absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
·  Carry out other duties as assigned.

·  Strong problem-solving skills, effectively addressing any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate and proactively identifying and preventing potential problems.
·  Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
·  Proficiency with recruitment software and tools and data analysis platforms such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster strong relationships at all levels (internal teams, external partners and candidates).
·  Strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task.
·  Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
