Job description
As a Recreation Concierge , you will be the go-to expert for guest activities, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring seamless coordination of recreational experiences. From water sports and nature excursions to wellness activities and cultural experiences, you will play a key role in enhancing our guests’ stay.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist guests in selecting and booking recreational activities, ensuring they have a personalized and memorable experience.
·
Provide expert knowledge about the island’s natural surroundings, marine life, and available excursions.
·
Coordinate with other departments, including spa, water sports, and dining, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
·
Maintain activity equipment, ensuring safety and readiness for guest use.
·
Deliver warm, professional, and anticipatory service in line with Waldorf Astoria’s luxury standards.
What We Are Looking For:
·
Previous experience in recreation, guest relations, or a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.
·
Strong knowledge of outdoor activities, water sports, and wellness experiences.
·
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
·
Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and engaging approach.
·
First aid and lifeguard certification (preferred but not required).
