Job Requirements
Hotel Sax Paris (5*) is assembling its opening team and is looking for its future Receptionist.
Responsibilities:
· Provide a personalized and warm welcome to guests, ensuring exceptional service in line with the hotel’s luxury standards.
· Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.
· Serve as the main point of contact for guests, addressing their specific needs and requests quickly and efficiently.
· Track and relay guests' special requests to the relevant departments.
· Manage payments, billing, and cash register closing.
· Collaborate with internal teams (concierge, housekeeping, food and beverage, etc.) to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
