As a Personal Concierge, you will be responsible for providing personalized, one-on-one services to ensure our guests enjoy a seamless and unforgettable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Welcome and engage with Russian-speaking guests, providing top-tier personalized concierge services.
·  Manage guest itineraries, including dining, excursions, spa treatments, and other recreational activities.
·  Anticipate guest needs, providing proactive solutions to ensure a flawless guest experience.
·  Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring all needs and preferences are met.
·  Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all guest requests are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.
·  Assist in resolving any guest issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
·  Ensure detailed and accurate record-keeping of guest preferences for future visits.

Qualifications:

·  Fluency in both Russian and English is essential.
·  Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or concierge role is highly preferred.
·  A warm, approachable demeanor with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
·  The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of service.
·  Knowledge of Seychelles and the island's offerings is an advantage.
