What will I be doing?
As the Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Guest Service Expertise
Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of all hotel facilities, functions, and special events, providing accurate and helpful information to guests.
• Professional Communication
Handles enquiries warmly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
• Organizational Skills
Efficiently coordinates the General Manager’s calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring smooth scheduling and time management.
• Guest Feedback Solicitation
Actively seeks and values guest feedback to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Quality Improvement Focus
Continuously monitors and strives to improve results from guest loyalty surveys and quality assurance metrics.
• VIP Coordination
Manages VIP amenities and cards from the General Manager, ensuring a personalized and exceptional guest experience.
• Creativity in Service
Creates thoughtful and appealing gift vouchers, contributing to guest satisfaction and hotel promotions.
• Timely Communication
Responds promptly to guest survey responses and correspondence via email, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Meeting Coordination
Takes accurate minutes during meetings and arranges for their timely distribution, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Confidentiality
Handles all information with the utmost confidentiality, maintaining trust and integrity.
• Report and Presentation Preparation
Prepares detailed and informative reports and presentations as required, demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills.
What are we looking for?
A Personal Assistant serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
• Pre-opening experience is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and various social media platforms.
• Proficiency in basic translation is considered an advantage.
• A high level of interpersonal skills in both oral and written communication.
• Strong time management skills.
• Strong supervisory and administrative skills.
