Job description
Hilton Malta is looking for a talented and motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join the Pastry Kitchen team. The selected candidate will support the Pastry Chef in preparing a wide variety of desserts, maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and presentation.
Responsibilities: -
· Assists in the preparation and presentation of pastry items for various outlets and events
· Ensures consistency and quality in every dish
· Maintains cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
· Works closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
· Contributes creative ideas to menus and displays
Requirements: -
· Previous experience in a similar role within a professional pastry kitchen
· Knowledge of basic pastry techniques and food safety standards
· A passion for desserts and creative presentation
· Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
· Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays
