Position Statement

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant Intern to the General Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hotel management at the executive level, supporting the GM with administrative, operational, and strategic tasks.

 

What will I be doing?

·         Assist the General Manager in daily administrative tasks and scheduling.

·         Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.

·         Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.

·         Liaise with various hotel departments to follow up on GM directives.

·         Assist in coordinating internal communications, including staff memos and meetings.

·         Attend key meetings with the GM; take notes and track action items.

·         Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality on sensitive matters.

·         Support in planning and organizing executive-level events and visits.

·         Conduct basic research and compile information for decision-making.

·         Provide general office support and ensure a professional executive environment.

What are we looking for?

·         Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

·         High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

·         Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

·         Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

·         Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus.
