Key Responsibilities:
· Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the hotel.

· Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
· Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
· Implement and maintain hotel policies, procedures, and standards.

· Monitor and maintain the quality of facilities and services.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Work Experience
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proven ability to manage budgets and financial plans.
· Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
