Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami International Airport is searching for a talented Full-Time Night Auditor to join their team!
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 6 months experience working in a hotel front desk or night audit role. Hotel experience is required. Open flexible schedule is required, must be able to over strictly overnights. OnQ experience is highly preferred and being bi-lingual is a preferred
Shift Pattern: Open availability for any day of the week and Weekend/holiday availability are required. Overnights are requires between the hours 11pm-7:30am
Pay Rate: $17 - $17.50 per hour

What will I be doing?
· Audit, post and balance daily cashiers' work for outlets including, but not limited to, outlets in Rooms and Food and Beverage
· Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists
· Schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members
· Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
· Assist Guest Service Agents and Front Office leadership with the checking in and checking out of guests.
· Respond to guest inquiries and in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
· Provide driving and/or walking directions to guests to local destinations
· Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, hotel events and local and community events and attractions
· Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
· Provide or obtain accurate information
