Night Auditor

Job description

As a Night Auditor , you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s nightly operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing outstanding guest service. You will handle end-of-day processes, balance financial transactions, and act as the main point of contact for guests during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

· 
Perform night audits, reconcile financial transactions, and ensure accuracy in daily reports.

· 
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, assisting with any inquiries or requests.

· 
Monitor hotel security, ensuring a safe and peaceful environment for guests and team members.

· 
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

· 
Prepare and distribute financial and operational reports to management.

What We Are Looking For:

· 
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.

· 
Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

· 
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

· 
Proficiency in hotel management systems (OnQ knowledge needed).

· 
Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities.
