Job description

1、提供行李接运服务；
2、将行李安全，及时、准确地把客人行李运送到指定地点；
3、主动热情的问候及引领客人；
4、引领人住客人进房间，主动介绍酒店服务项目及客房设施设备；
5、主动帮助客人解决问题，耐心回答客人的询问；
6、收发并分送报刊、信件及留言。

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

·  Previous experience working in Concierge in a hotel environment
