主な業務内容
· 団体・会議・宴会・イベントセールスの統括およびチームマネジメント
· ホテルのマーケティング/コマーシャル戦略に基づくセールス戦略の策定・実行
· 客室・会議・宴会・イベント収益の最大化
· セールスチームによる案件獲得・成約までの支援および進捗管理
· 主要顧客(キーアカウント)の管理および長期的な関係構築
· 市場動向・競合・業績分析に基づく戦略調整
· オペレーション、マーケティング、レベニューマネジメント部門との連携
· 見積書・契約書の管理および顧客フォローアップ
· 予算策定、フォーキャスト、事業計画への参画
· 主要顧客・パートナー・VIPへのホテル代表対応

The Director of Sales – Conference & Event is responsible for leading and managing all sales activities related to group accommodations, conferences, banquets, and events. Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role oversees the sales team, drives revenue growth, develops sales strategies, and builds strong client relationships to maximize group and event business in line with hotel objectives.
What will I be doing?
As the Director of Sales – Conference & Event, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Lead and manage Group, Conference, and Event sales activities to achieve revenue and profit targets
· Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans in line with the hotel’s marketing and commercial goals
· Maximize group room, conference, banquet, and event revenue opportunities
· Oversee and support the sales team in converting enquiries into confirmed business
· Personally manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships
· Analyze market trends, business performance, and competitive activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly
· Collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, and Revenue Management to optimize bookings and execution
· Ensure timely preparation of quotations, contracts, and effective follow-up with clients
· Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes
· Represent the hotel to key customers, partners, and VIP clients
