Job description

A Marketing Manager, is responsible for the overall advertising and public relations of the Resort.

What will I be doing?

As Marketing Manager, you will oversee all marketing planning and execution strategies for the resort, supporting the Commercial Director/Manager in the development, management, and execution of all aspects of marketing and branding. This includes Marketing Budgets, Social Media, Websites, Digital & Print Advertising, Collateral, Video/Photography Assets, etc., to maximize exposure, achieve budget, increase revenues, and grow market share.
 As a Marketing Manager Ad/Public Relations, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

·  Support the Commercial Director/Manager in developing strategic marketing plans and establishing annual, monthly, and segment-specific marketing budgets, including cost, deployment strategies (print, digital, social media), based on competitive data, demand analysis, and market mix management.
·  Assist in creating, managing, and implementing media/marketing plans and programs to increase revenues, awareness, and expansion of resort products and services. Coordinate with Revenue Management to leverage offers based on resort-level needs.
·  Support strategic direction for all marketing areas, including Social Media, Websites, Digital & Print Advertising, Email, Collateral, and AI-driven marketing initiatives.
·  Assist in identifying, liaising, and managing external agencies for campaign execution.
·  Collaborate with internal corporate partners including Brand, Destination, and ECG teams.
·  Support the strategy, budget, and production of visual assets, arranging photo & video shoots as needed.
·  Assist in managing resort website content strategy and digital presence.
·  Support identification of partnership and sponsorship opportunities for joint marketing initiatives.
·  Coordinate influencer strategy with the PR team to leverage social media exposure.
· 
Conduct market research, surveys, and analytics on service levels, product concepts, and marketing performance.

Qualifications & Experience

·  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Hospitality/Resort Management (Master’s or professional marketing certifications preferred).
·  Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in resorts, hospitality, travel, or luxury lifestyle brands.
·  Strong experience in digital marketing, analytics, social media campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, website management, CRM tools, and AI marketing tools.
·  Experience with design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and video editing tools.
·  Proven ability to manage marketing budgets, develop campaigns, and measure ROI.
·  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
·  Fluency in English is required; Portuguese and Spanish are strongly preferred
