This position will serve as the China MarTech Product Manager to drive product iteration and deliveries with a focus on Marketing Automation toolkits, empowering personalized customer engagement advancements and assisting in MarTech operations.

As the Manager, MarTech operation and product support in the region, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

·       As part of the GCM commercial services team, assist MarTech product lead to translate marketing and loyalty business needs into product requirements, implement strategy and realize roadmap to drive use case activations to the market.

·       Work closely with business stakeholders, other in-region MarTech workstream leaders, as well as global MarTech product teams to continuously seek leadership buy-ins and functional alignment on MarTech product iteration plans.

·       Work as the MarTech operation lead to manage user permissions and create/update protocols of CDP/MA utilization across teams. Oversee overall MarTech operation and product support efforts with close partnership with vendor and relevant technology teams, ensuring 3 rd party services and responses meet Hilton standards.

·       Work closely with 3 rd party vendors and business consultancy partners to prepare and update training materials, guidebooks, function list, glossary etc. Provide necessary training and upskilling to internal teams across functions.

·       Scope and prioritize marketing automation activities based on CDP & audience capabilities and commercial impact, with critical thinking and from customer lens.

·       Proactively feed ideas and recommendations into the MarTech activation roadmap planning by engaging with vendors and other leading market players.

·       Provide critical thinking to incorporate emerging trends and innovative technologies in your recommendations that support the enhancement and improvement of the customer experience.

·       Assist MarTech product lead to drive RFIs, RFPs and vendor demos for the MarTech team when relevant and necessary.

·       Review and input into UAT testing requirements of any implementations in your remit.

·       Minimum Education: BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Marketing/Media, Psychology/Sociology or related field

·       Minimum Years of Experience: 3-5 years of working experiences

·       Minimum Years of Management Experience:   Min 1-2 years of CDP/MA project management experiences in the local market 

·       Any Licenses or Certificates Required: N/A

·       Additional Requirements (i.e. % of travel time, etc.): infrequent travel might be needed occasionally to US/UK

a.       Critical thinking with the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weakness of alternative and differentiated solutions, conclusions, and creative approaches

b.       Grounded & detail-oriented personality with passion in streamlining the process through matrixed organization

c.        Established leadership track record with ability to act proactively in all areas, especially product/project delivery and communication

d.       Deep understanding of the functional purpose, integrations, hardware, software of the supported MarTech suite of products at Hilton and more broadly

e.       Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner, and to engage senior audiences when presenting these issues broadly

f.         Professional language skills in written and verbal English with day to day partnership with international teams. Years’ experiences in an MNC would be a plus.

g.       Multi-tasker, who handles multiple projects and priorities with a cool head under time constraints to effectively balance concurrent demands

h.       Committed self-starters and accountable individual, who takes initiative in implementing goals, meeting deadlines, and recommending improvements

i.         Extensive experience with Vendor relationship management

j.         High level of professionalism, integrity, and communication skills
