Maintenance Supervisor

Job description

A Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading the maintenance team in ensuring the physical functionality and safety of the property, keeping all areas in top condition to provide exceptional guest service and support the hotel's financial performance.


Professional knowledge and experience in electricity will be especially valued.

What will I be doing?

As a Maintenance Supervisor , you will coordinate and actively participate in the daily maintenance operations of the property. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

· 
Supervise and perform maintenance tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and technical spaces.

· 
Respond to guest and team member maintenance requests in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner.

· 
Diagnose and repair issues in electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, masonry, and painting.

· 
Organize and perform regular inspections for preventive maintenance needs.

· 
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational best practices.

· 
Record and report completed tasks and highlight issues requiring follow-up.
