Job description

You will be part of the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Marketing and Loyalty team, focusing on overseeing our existing Hilton Honors Partnership portfolio across the EMEA region, with the focus on priority markets, in line with the growth in those regions. Your primary responsibility will be developing and overseeing the annual partnership plans and further growing and developing our relationships with key partners. Through these partnerships, we aim to further engage Hilton Honors members during and outside of stays, driving new member enrolments and member engagement across key priority categories and markets.

What will I be doing?

Reporting to the Director, Loyalty EMEA and closely collaborating with the Director, Global Airline Partnership Development, this role is responsible for overseeing the strategy and development of our established Hilton Honors partnerships across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Day-to-day responsibilities of this position include:

Leadership in Partnership Management

·  Extensive experience in developing, nurturing, and managing loyalty partnerships with key brands, demonstrating a commercial orientation and a proven track record of running successful partnerships.
·  Deliver partner value propositions that drive new membership, increase occupancy and strengthen engagement.
·  Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, adept at navigating highly matrixed environments with numerous stakeholders and moving parts.
·  Develop the year-long annual partnership calendar, and work with wider team and agency to successfully deliver the end-to-end execution of partnership offers, including launch, performance tracking, internal socialisation of results and ongoing partner relationship management.

Strategic Vision and Analytical Expertise

·  A deep understanding of loyalty programs and loyalty currency models to facilitate informed discussions about value exchange, both internally and externally.
·  Demonstrated ability to monitor and enhance partnership performance, driving continuous improvement and maximizing value.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

·  Experience in partnering with agencies, along with leading and mentoring junior team members while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
·  Strong senior stakeholder engagement and management to ensure activity aligns with Hilton Marketing and broader business plans.
·  Proven track record of representing the organization in client interactions with professionalism and confidence.

What are we looking for?

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills, abilities and be able to perform the essential functions of the job:

·  Extensive experience in partnership management, with focus on commercial partnerships.
·  Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills tailored toward engaging with senior stakeholders.
·  Potential to travel to visit prospective and existing partners in-region from time to time.
·  Bring a strategic and analytical mindset, anticipating market trends and aligning them with client needs.
·  Work effectively in a leadership capacity, supporting both senior management and junior team members.
·  Commercial understanding, experience and/or analytical skills to evaluate data/business information and translate data into knowledge and action.
·  Strong Team player with ability to work independently.
·  Strong knowledge of Excel. Experience using MS Office Tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
