What will I be doing?

As the LivingWell Manager , you will oversee all operations of the fitness area within our health club, ensuring a welcoming, energizing, and safe environment for our guests and members. You will lead a dedicated team of fitness professionals, shaping a culture of excellence, well-being, and service. Your key responsibilities will include:

·         Managing the day-to-day operations of the LivingWell fitness area

·         Motivating, guiding, and developing team members to deliver exceptional service

·         Listening to and acting on customer feedback to continuously elevate the guest experience

·         Ensuring a warm, personalised, and consistent service from all fitness team members

·         Partnering with Human Resources to recruit, train, and support a high-performing team

·         Driving health and safety compliance, including COSHH and club policies

·         Maintaining security standards and following all operational procedures

·         Managing team performance in line with Hilton’s values and standards

·         Responding to internal audits with a focus on continual improvement

What are we looking for?

To thrive in this role, you will bring energy, leadership, and a guest-focused mindset. You’ll be a confident communicator, with a strong understanding of fitness operations and a natural flair for team development. Ideally, you will have:

·         Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the leisure or fitness industry

·         A passion for delivering outstanding service in a health and wellness environment

·         The ability to oversee and support member fitness programmes

·         Relevant fitness qualifications (advantageous)

·         Excellent grooming and presentation standards

·         Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting

·         Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead by example

Preferred:

·         Knowledge of the local fitness market and competitors

·         A motivational leadership style that inspires both guests and team members
