Human Resources Trainee

Urgent - Hilton Malta is looking for a Human Resources Trainee. The internship is available from the beginning of October 2024 until the end of April/ beginning of May 2025.

The role is to manage all administration work surrounding the various HR processes including employer branding and student relationships, on boarding of new team members, training and development, sick leave management, probation reviews, work permit applications, performance management and termination procedures amongst may other processes.  The HR Trainee will also be responsible to meet team members and offer ongoing support and assistance as would be necessary.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

·         Previous experience in Human Resources

·         Excellent knowledge of hospitality

Languages;

 

•             Good level of the English Language; both written and spoken

•             Knowledge of other languages would be considered an asset
