·  Pilsen Pub, built in Hilton Istanbul in 1972, was the home of Istanbul’s first happy hour.

THE ROLE:

We are looking for the potential candidate for Human Resources Supervisor position in our Legendary Hotel Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus.

What will I be doing?

·  Provides coordination and assistance for a variety of activities and functions for the Hotel within the Human Resources team.
·  Conduct recruitment interviews
·  Run labor law and union process in accordance with related legislation
·  Follow up Health Insurance and Private Pension benefits
·  Attendance Sheet control and follow-up
·  Manage and control payroll and entity process
·  Manage and control advance payment lists
·  Manage and control warnings to team member
·  Follow-up balancing and compensation works
·  Control, time management and statistics of mailings, filing system, team member folders and related documents
·  Manage and control of all team member related activities and organizations
·  Follow up the Environmental, Social and Governor activities on behalf of Human Resources Department and become a Champion of the Hotel.
·  Follow-up the financial and administrative month end reports

·  Advanced level of English – Speaking – Writing and Understanding
