As a Human Resources Manager , you're not just providing HR support to department managers and the General Manager – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
· Perform key HR duties: including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management, ensuring compliance with corporate HR policies and federal/local regulations
· Foster team member engagement: Lead employee relations initiatives such as recognition programs, special events, and engagement activities to create a positive workplace culture
· Coach and advise leaders: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, offering coaching and expertise on performance management, leadership development, employee relations, and change management
· Foster learning and development: Identify capability gaps, support training design, and coach leaders to maximize team performance and accelerate development of high-potential talent
· Manage HR systems and compliance: Manage team member data, track employment transitions, generate reports
