Job description

A Human Resources Executive is responsible for providing first-class employee relations services to the Conrad Manila team and support the Human Resources Manager to deliver an excellent staff experience while assisting with Human Resources strategy.

A Human Resources Executive will provide Team Members with a first class internal experience focusing on hiring and on-boarding activities and throughout the team member journey, enabling a fully human experience to ensure Conrad Manila manpower levels remain according to business requirements. Supports the Human Resources Manager in ensuring a proactive and productive human resources environment for an efficient administration and management of function including recruiting, benefit administration, compliance with statutory requirements and execution of team member relations activities.

What will I be doing?

As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for providing first-class employee relations services to the Human Resources Manager and management team to deliver an excellent staff experience. An Assistant Human Resources Manager will also be required to support employee relations and ensure compliance with staff training requirements. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Compensation and Benefits:

·         Facilitates mandatory government benefits for team members.

·         Files and computes SSS Maternity, Sickness and other SSS, EC, Pag Ibig, etc., available for team members. +

·         Follows through the necessary reimbursement, if any.

·         Delivers a talk quarterly to educate team members of their government-mandated benefits.

·         Answers queries related to team member benefits.

·         Maintains the inventory of team member milestone gifts.

·         Ability to deal effectively with all team members and employee representatives, some of whom will

require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to diffuse anger and collect accurate information and resolve conflicts. 

 

· 
HRIS and Timekeeping:

 

·         Handles the requirements and updates related to HRIS.

·         Generates the necessary reports requested by DOHR in Insys Orbit.

·         Updates and maintains the e 201 files of new and existing team members, to reflect the updates in TMIS in Insys.

·         Terminates leavers in Insys within 30 days of resignation.

·         Updates salary adjustments in Insys in the appropriate cut off.

·         Facilitates end-to-end timekeeping process with 100% accuracy.

·         Addresses timekeeping concerns of team members.

 

Supportive Function:

·         Deals effectively with all team members, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to diffuse anger and collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.

·         Effectively provide guidance and counseling as relevant to team members and escalates matters to Manager and/or Director as necessary

·         Observes team members in the workplace, analyze operations and can identify situations of concern with regard to areas such as employee performance, grooming, training, engagement, policy adherence and morale, and escalates or shares this to Manager and/or Director.
