Human Resources Analyst
The Human Resources Analyst coordinates and implements activities and projects within the HR department as assigned. They provide administrative, operational, and clerical support to the department's leadership team, actively participating in recruitment and onboarding processes for new talent.
What will your responsibilities be?
As a Human Resources Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the department in a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Specifically, you will be expected to perform the following duties to the highest standards:

Coordinate and follow up on HR department activities and projects.

Participate in the recruitment process: posting job openings, screening résumés, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.

Assist in onboarding processes for new hires, including organizing inductions, preparing employee files, and coordinating welcome activities.
·
Maintain communication with other departments on HR-related matters.
·
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, packages, emails).
·
Answer phone calls and assist team members and visitors with their inquiries.
·
Draft and manage communications on behalf of the department.
·
Perform administrative tasks such as photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing.
·
Welcome and receive team members and visitors to the HR area.
·
Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system, especially related to new hire processes and personnel files.
·
Monitor and restock office supplies as needed.
·
Immediately report any unsafe conditions.
·
Participate in mandatory meetings and training sessions.
·
Be familiar with and follow established emergency procedures.
·
Keep the workspace clean and organized.
·
Foster positive working relationships with other departments, employees, and guests.
