Job Requirements

Guest Service & Brand Standards

·  Provide friendly, helpful, and timely service to all guests.
·  Uphold Hilton’s high cleanliness and safety standards in all assigned areas.
·  Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver amenities as needed.

Public Area & Facility Cleaning

·  Clean and maintain public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, fitness center, pool area, and exterior entrances.
·  Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust public spaces to ensure cleanliness.
·  Empty trash cans and replace liners in public areas and back-of-house spaces.

Support to Housekeeping Team

·  Deliver clean linens and supplies to room attendants.
·  Remove soiled linens and trash from guest floors and service areas.
·  Maintain housekeeping closets and carts in a clean, organized, and stocked condition.

Exterior & Safety Duties

·  Keep dumpster area clean, trash secured inside dumpsters, and doors closed.
·  Sweep parking lot, sidewalks, and porte-cochère; ensure free of trash and cigarette butts.
·  Assist in reporting and addressing any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or security concerns.

Pool & Fitness Area Duties

·  Check and log pool chemicals daily according to Hilton and local health codes.
·  Ensure pool deck, furniture, and towels are clean and organized.
·  Maintain cleanliness and safety of the fitness center, replenishing towels and sanitizing stations.

Work Experience

Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred, but not required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
