As a Housekeeping Attendant , you will play a key role in ensuring our guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are impeccably clean, organized, and welcoming. Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
·
Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms and service areas
·
Report any maintenance issues or lost and found items to the Housekeeping Supervisor
·
Ensure linen and guest supplies are handled and stored correctly
·
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
·
Handle guest belongings with utmost care and professionalism
·
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
·
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth operation and exceptional guest experience
·
Follow all company policies, procedures, and brand standards
Qualifications:
·
Previous experience in a housekeeping role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
·
Good physical condition and stamina
·
High attention to detail and cleanliness
·
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·
Good interpersonal skills and a courteous manner
·
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
·
Communication skills in English
