Your New Workplace

We are opening a new  Hampton by Hilton hotel in Dresden  in  spring 2025  . We are looking for you as our new  Hotel Manager (f/m/d)  starting  February 1, 2025 . You will work closely with the Vice President Operations and the Technical Property Manager in the pre-opening phase, recruit your new team on site and take care of the organizational framework.

The Hampton by Hilton Dresden City Centre has 203 modern rooms, a garage, a bar and breakfast area as well as a business and fitness center. The proximity to the airport and popular tourist attractions such as the Frauenkirche will not only make the hotel a magnet for business travelers and tourists, but also offers our employees an attractive working environment.

Work Experience

·  Management and leadership of the Hampton by Hilton Dresden City Centre
·  Positioning and development of the hotel on the market both regionally and internationally
·  Promoting the brand image by adhering to all Hilton brand and service standards
·  Recruiting new employees and ensuring the onboarding and development process
·  Optimization and control of all operational processes in compliance with the specified quality standards
·  Responsibility and preparation of weekly forecasts, monthly financial statements and the annual budget
·  Creating budgets and achieving targets through active revenue and cost management
·  Assisting the central HR and accounting department in the head office
·  Collaboration with the Technical Property Manager and Hotel Technician for preventative maintenance and adherence to maintenance intervals
·  Operational support in all hotel areas

Our Expectation

·  Training or studies in the hotel industry with experience as a Rooms Division Manager, Front Office Manager or Deputy Hotel Manager in the city and business hotel industry
·  Good knowledge of the German and local hotel market, a strong awareness of quality and excellent host qualities
·  Very good written and spoken German and English skills
·  Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
·  Organizational and solution-oriented way of working combined with a “hands on” mentality
·  Leadership personality who knows how to inspire, motivate and make a difference
·  High service mentality and guest focus
·  Strong communication skills, positive charisma, high self-motivation
·  Good knowledge of labor law, legal requirements and HACCP
