As our Head Chef – OXBO (m/f/d), you support our Executive Chef and represent them in their absence. Your team is important to you, so you always act as a role model and live by the motto "Teamwork makes the Dreamwork."

Your monthly gross minimum salary (according to the collective agreement FT for employees in the hotel and catering industry) is € 4,000.00, with overpayment guaranteed depending on qualification.

What role do you play with us?

·            You are responsible for the à la carte business and report directly to the Executive Chef.
·            You have experience in upscale cuisine (awarded, Michelin).
·            You have experience in both traditional Austrian cuisine and a modern twist.
·            You have experience in international cuisine.
·            You have gained experience in both restaurants and hotel kitchens.
·            You are a team player and can lead and train a team.
·            You have high quality standards for food and ingredients.
