Responsibilities:
· Conduct reservation, check-in, and departure procedures for our valued guests with the highest customer service.
· Utilizing your computer skills and understanding of the operating system
· Making appropriate selections for guests and promoting the Hilton Honors rewards system
· Assisting guests with charges and payments
· Following procedures and ensuring attention to detail for all data processing
· Fulfill comprehensive guest assistance and create unforgettable experiences
· Responding promptly to all guest queries and special requests, offering unique solutions
· Answering all telephone and email correspondence, prioritizing urgent tasks, and minimizing wait times
· Knowing the hotel's facilities and services, going the extra mile
· Remaining calm and alert, being helpful to all guests and team members
· Work with the team and capitalize on the opportunity to thrive with the Hilton family

About You:
· Australian working rights
· Previous front desk/reception experience is advantageous
· Confident and professional personality with an aptitude for hospitable service, teamwork, and patience
· Strong communication skills, with a bonus for those who are multilingual
· Proficient technology skills and attention to detail, with protection for confidential information
· Ability to work under pressure, act with tactfulness and diplomacy, and manage a variety of situations
· Experience and understanding of the hospitality industry, recognizing the importance of this role in the guest experience
