A Nightclub Guest Relations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with VIP guests, promoters, influencers, and key clientele to drive guest loyalty, increase bookings, and enhance the club’s reputation.

What will I be doing?

As Nightclub Guest Relations Manager  manage coordinating reservations, overseeing VIP services, and working closely with the operations team to deliver a high-quality nightlife experience. A Nightclub Guest Relations Manager is responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

·  Meet, greet to ensure a personalized and memorable experience.
·  Manage, record and resolve promptly Guest or customer complaints
·  Coordinate VIP table reservations and bottle service arrangements.
·  Maintain relationships with promoters, influencers, and high-profile clients.
·  Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
·  Liaise with internal teams (security, bar staff, hostesses, etc.) to ensure smooth service for VIP
·  Manage guest lists and RSVPs for events and busy nights.
·  Track guest preferences and feedback.
·  Promote the nightclub’s brand through social media, networking, and in-person outreach.
·  Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained throughout the venue.
·  Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all facilities and services provided within the hotel and identify opportunities for up-selling and promoting when appropriate
·  Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas
·  Maintain staffing levels to meet business demands
·  Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
·  Assist with other departments, as necessary
