General Manager - Franchise

We are currently looking for an inspiring and visible leader with the ability to drive performance, lead change and create long-term value in the dynamic and international environment of Brussels.

Hilton Brussels Grand Place wants to strengthen its market position and the new General Manager has an entrepreneurial spirit, good business acumen, stamina and a good sense of humor.

The role

As General Manager, you will:

·  Provide strategic and operational leadership across all areas of the hotel.
·  Take full ownership of the hotel’s commercial and financial performance, including its budget and P&L.
·  Demonstrate effective people leadership in a sustainable, diverse and inclusive way.
·  Apply strong commercial awareness.
·  Partner closely with Pandox and Hilton to drive performance, support strategic priorities and enhance the hotel’s long-term value and competitiveness.
·  Lead together with support team key hotel projects, transformation initiatives and future improvement opportunities.
·  Drive guest satisfaction, brand standards and operational excellence across all departments.
·  Build, inspire and develop a high-performing leadership team.
·  Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
·  Maintain a visible and approachable presence for guests and Team Members.
·  Represent the hotel within the local business and hospitality community and build strong relationships with key clients and partners.
·  Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, security, legal and operational requirements.

What we need from you

·  Senior leadership experience in a full-service upscale or luxury hotel.
·  Strong commercial mindset and proven P&L ownership.
·  Proven ability to drive hotel performance and deliver strong financial results.
·  Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
·  Experience with major projects, transformation or repositioning is a strong advantage.
·  Fluency in English; French and/or Dutch is an asset.

We value experience, ambition and commitment and offer a competitive remuneration package with a gross monthly salary between €8,000 and €10,000, together with an end-of-year bonus, a company car, a monthly net allowance, meal vouchers, eco vouchers, group insurance and hospitalisation insurance, as well as a laptop, mobile phone and subscription.
