Job Requirements
We are seeking a service-oriented, passionate, and experienced Hilton General Manager at our up and coming Home2. The General Manager will lead all aspects of our Hotel's daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experience, maximizing profitability, manage staff performance, and maintain operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership and commitment to hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and sales
· Ensure high standard of guest satisfaction by maintaining quality service, handling complaints, and implementing service improvement initiatives
· Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain a productive and positive work environment
· Execute strategic plans to drive occupancy, RevPAR, ADR & overall profitability
· Manage annual budget and control expenses
· Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, local community, and corporate partners
· Monitor property condition and ensure timely maintenance.
· Recruit, Hire, and retain top talent while ensuring proper staffing levels across all departments
Work Experience
· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Hilton/Hospitality
· Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
· Hands-on experience with hotel management software
· Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, customer service best practices, and budget management
· Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
