Hilton is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Reservation Agent to join our team. As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their reservations and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and assist guests with their reservations and inquiries

- Process reservations accurately and efficiently

- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and policies

- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel rates, promotions, and packages

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure guest privacy and security

- Meet and exceed sales and customer service goals

Work Experience

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in hospitality industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Proficient in computer systems and software

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
