Job Requirements
As Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing our front office team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the reception area. You will serve as the first point of contact for our guests and guarantee a seamless check-in and check-out experience, efficient reservation handling, and excellent guest service. In this role, you will ensure compliance with Hilton Brand Standards, GCH guidelines, and all legal regulations. With your hands-on approach and strong leadership skills, you will set an example for outstanding guest service and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Managing daily operations at the Front Office in line with Hilton and GCH standards
· Monitoring and continuously improving service quality and efficiency
· Handling and resolving guest complaints while ensuring high guest satisfaction
· Leading, motivating, and coaching the Front Office team
· Creating and implementing staff development and training plans
· Planning schedules, holiday arrangements, and staffing requirements
· Supporting recruitment processes in cooperation with HR
· Contributing to budget planning, forecasts, and payroll cost control
· Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and data protection standards
· Collaborating closely with all hotel departments and representing the hotel professionally towards guests and external partners
Work Experience
· Completed education in hotel management or equivalent qualification
· Initial leadership experience at the Front Office, preferably in international hospitality
· Proficiency with PMS ONQ is highly desirable
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Distinct guest-oriented mindset with a professional and welcoming demeanor
· Hands-on mentality with a structured and solution-oriented working style
· Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
