·         Support and motivate colleagues

·         Conduct room escorting and room orientations accordingly

尽可能陪同客人进入房间并进行介绍

·         Efficiently perform all reception duties (accurate completion of forms, securing of payment)

高效完成日常接待工作(表格单据填写规范,付款方式有保障)

·         Internally and externally promote and coordinate delivery of HHonors program benefits

·         Maintain updated and accurate guest profiles

实时更新客历档案以确保其准确性

·         Proactively seek guest comments and feedback

积极主动地寻求客人的建议和反馈

·         Accurately update and maintain guest information in the PSB system

保证客人信息正确、完整的录入中国公安报告系统

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability工作技能技巧要求:

·         High school certificate- required; Diploma or University degree in Hotel & Catering Management- desirable

高等学校毕业证; 酒店和餐饮管理学校的文凭或学位——优先考虑

·         Competent English language skills and proficient in Mandarin Chinese

英语熟练,普通话流利
