Job Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic and service-driven Front Office Manager to lead the front desk operations at Le Parc Gatineau, Tapestry Collection by Hilton . This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring compliance with Hilton brand standards, and leading a high-performing front office team.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Work Experience

Oversee all front office operations including Front Desk, Night Audit, and Guest Services

Ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and efficiency

Monitor arrivals, departures, room inventory, and VIP guests

Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and procedures (PEP, QA, Stay Experience Platform)

Handle guest complaints and service recovery using Hilton’s “Make It Right” approach

·  Minimum 3–5 years of front office experience in a hotel environment
·  Previous supervisory or management experience required
·  Experience with Hilton systems (PEP preferred)
·  Strong leadership and team management skills
·  Excellent communication skills in English and French (bilingual required)
·  Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
