Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage all aspects of the Food & Drinks department, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
· Develop and implement high-quality service standards and procedures.
· Mentor and coach the F&D team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
· Organize and manage administrative tasks, strategic planning, and financial oversight.
· Build strong connections with guests, understanding and anticipating their needs to enhance their experience.
· Foster strong team connections, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as an F&D Manager in a luxury or curated service environment.
· Strong leadership and coaching skills with a hands-on approach.
· Excellent organizational skills and strategic mindset.
· Good understanding of financial management; training can be provided.
· Exceptional guest service skills with the ability to read and anticipate guest needs.
· Excellent team management and communication skills.
