What will I be doing?

To lead and support daily operations of the Food & Beverage outlets by ensuring consistent service excellence, motivating and developing team members, enforcing Hilton brand standards, and delivering high-quality guest experiences that drive revenue, efficiency, and team engagement.

Operations & Guest Service

·  Supervise and support service delivery during breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations.
·  Proactively engage with guests to assess satisfaction and resolve complaints on the spot.
·  Ensure food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and presentation meet brand and safety standards.
·    Maintain complete knowledge of menu offerings and support upselling strategies.

Team Leadership & Scheduling

·  Lead, train, schedule, and monitor the performance of servers, bar staff, buspersons, and host/hostess teams.
·  Conduct pre-shift briefings to review daily specials, house counts, guest preferences, and updates.
·  Foster a service-driven culture, coach team members, and enforce grooming and behavior standards.

  Financial & Inventory Oversight

·  Monitor food and beverage sales and reporting via Agilysys, ensuring POS systems are functioning correctly.
·  Conduct inventory checks and ensure accurate requisitioning of bar and service supplies.
·  Support forecasting of labor needs and adjust schedules based on guest volume and trends.

Health, Safety & Quality Control

·  Enforce food safety protocols and maintain a consistently sanitary working environment.
·    Ensure compliance with local health code requirements and Hilton safety guidelines.
·  Conduct regular inspections of equipment, storage, and front-of-house areas to ensure readiness.

Administrative & Communication

·  Maintain accurate documentation related to shift logs, employee performance, and guest feedback.
·  Support internal audit compliance procedures and ensure accurate reporting.
·  Manage reservations and coordinate special events with the host team and the kitchen.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

·  Previous experience in hotel industry
·  Previous experience in supervising and/or delegation
·  Willingness to develop team members and self

Education and License/Certificates:

·  EPI diploma (Secondary Vocational Education, HAVO or equivalent
·  Valid Aruba Health Card (Green Card)

Additional resort enhancements include upgrades to our rooms, public spaces, and restaurants and bars. These enhancements, including the opening of The Westerly, are anticipated to be complete by Late 2025.
