Platform 270 is a modern Australian restaurant and bar known for its vibrant atmosphere. The restaurant offers a diverse menu featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients, with a focus on contemporary dishes. It provides an inviting space that caters to both casual diners and business guests.

What will I be doing?

·  Receive orders and serve guest requests quickly and completely
·  This role will include working as a working as a barista, bartender or host
·  Learn the menu, including any changes and promotions on offer
·  Keep the service area clean and tidy and ensure mise en place is completed
·  Handle room service orders and deliver them to guest rooms
·  Make sure all customer payments are processed correctly
·  Answer guest questions in a polite and helpful manner

·  Committed to delivering friendly and reliable guest service
·  Excellent communication skills
·  Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixing of drinks
