Job description
A vacancy has arisen within the Food & Drink Department, for the role of full-time Food and Drinks Departmental Administrator.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:-
· Assisting in the creation of daily, weekly, monthly reporting as required
· The upkeep and maintenance of F&D IT systems & applications
· Addressing and resolving administrative issues promptly and effectively
· Maintaining accurate records of employee hours, overtime and any other relevant payroll information
· Attending F&D meetings and sharing information as required and where necessary doing follow ups
· The Festive season reservations co-ordination by maintaining, handling and coordinating all aspects of the restaurant and event reservations and as well liaising with guests, internal departments and external vendors to facilitate seamless reservation processes
· Assisting in the administration of F&D related projects as required
· F&D team training co-ordination and administration
We are looking for an individual who:-
· Is organised and accurate
· Has a good knowledge of computer systems and is fluent in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Has good knowledge of the F&D operation
· Is fluent in both written and spoken English
· Is willing to work flexible shifts patterns as would be necessary to support the F&D Operation from an administrative perspective
