A Facilities Manager is responsible for planning grounds work and Safety and Security, clearing, and mowing the property to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience.

What will I be doing?
As Facilities Manager, you are responsible for planning grounds work and all Safety and Security, clearing, and mowing the property to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience. A Facilities Manager will also be required to ensure the technician, Safety and Security and hedges are kept to the required standard. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

·  Plan grounds work in accordance with the seasons
·  Ensure all engineering work are completed and proper follow as per the timeline 
·  Ensure all the hotel safety and security task are under control and as per required standard
·  Apply pesticides in a safe manner
·  Ensure all the safety equipment within the hotel are working and maintenance as per standard
·  Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
·  Ensure monthly safety inspections take place
