Key Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative, seasonal menus blending local and international flavors.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and presentation.
  • Train and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Manage inventory, food costs, and stock control.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in luxury settings.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent training.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and trends.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
