Full-Service City Centre Hotel | Leadership Role

We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Director of Sales to lead revenue growth across our 87-bedroom full-service Hilton property in the heart of Liverpool.

This is a senior leadership role focused on driving total revenue across:

·  Corporate room sales
·  Group business
·  Conferences & Events
·  Weddings
·  Spa packages
·  Koukash Restaurant & private dining

Your Mission

To grow Business on the Books (BOB), increase TREVPAR and build high-value corporate and group accounts while embedding a disciplined commercial culture.

Key Responsibilities

·  Proactively sell corporate room contracts (local & national)
·  Develop and convert group and event pipelines
·  Drive C&E and wedding revenue growth
·  Maximise Hilton RFP opportunities
·  Lead structured enquiry & follow-up processes
·  Work closely with Reservations to protect margin
·  Deliver measurable ROI against sales targets
·  Represent the hotel within the local business community

Work Experience

What We’re Looking For

·  Senior sales leadership experience in a full-service hotel
·  Strong corporate and group sales track record
·  Experience in C&E and weddings
·  Data-driven and commercially disciplined
·  Hilton or branded hotel experience preferred
