Step into the role of  Director of Sales  and take our dynamic sales team to new heights of success. As the driving force behind our hotel's revenue generation efforts, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to maximize profitability and market share. Your primary focus will be on identifying key market segments, cultivating relationships with high-value clients, and securing lucrative business opportunities. Drawing upon your extensive industry knowledge and experience, you'll lead the sales team in generating leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to achieve and exceed sales targets

Work Experience

·  Previous experience as a hotel DOS or senior Sales Manager
·  Hilton brand experience is a plus!
·  Salary plus bonus potential of up to 45%.
