We are looking for a Director of Food and Drinks, who is passionate about innovation and excellence to oversee and shape the experience at our newly opened venues. As the Director of Food and Drinks, you will be at the forefront of creating and executing extraordinary dining and bar concepts in our newly launched venues. You will ensure that every guest experience is not only memorable but also reflects the unique service and sophistication that defines our hotel.
KEY REPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead New Venues: Take charge of the food and drinks operations for newly opened venues within our iconic hotel, ensuring seamless integration with our world-class standards.
· Innovative Dining & Bar Concepts: Work closely with chefs, designers, and operations teams to develop unique and innovative menu offerings that push boundaries and delight our guests.
· Leadership Excellence: Inspire and lead a talented team, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities to cultivate a culture of excellence.
· Operational Mastery: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and drink services, ensuring impeccable quality, consistency, and efficiency in all areas.
· Story Guest-Centric Focus: Maintain a strong commitment to delivering unparalleled guest experiences, where every detail contributes to a unique and unforgettable stay.
· Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, pricing strategies, and cost control to ensure the financial success of each venue while upholding the highest standards of quality and service. Regularly report operational performance to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing efficiency.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
· Proven experience as a Director of Food and Drinks or in a similar senior leadership role in high-end, iconic venues.
· Expertise in managing and launching new venues within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
· Passion for unique and innovative dining experiences that set trends in the hospitality industry.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and guide high-performance teams.
· Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L, budgets, and cost control.
· Fluency in English and Turkish; additional languages are a plus.
· An eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of food and drinks service.
