Demi Chef de Partie

What will I be doing? As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will assist the Chef de Partie in running a section of the kitchen. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

·        Assist in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes.

·        Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section.

·        Train and mentor junior team members.

·        Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie.

·        Positive attitude with strong communication skills.

·        Ability to work under pressure.

·        Excellent attention to detail.

Start Date: February 15, 2024
Contract Duration: 2 months (2 weeks before Ramadan, 2 weeks after Ramadan)
