Salary: £14.50 per hour plus service charge.
Paid for all hours worked including overtime – based on a 39 hour week
This role is for the main kitchen.

What will I be doing as a Banqueting Demi Chef de Partie?
· Work the banqueting kitchen
· Be part of the kitchen brigade ensuring a well-organised and motivated team
· Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times
· Prepare and present high quality food
What are we looking for?
· Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef
· Approaches food in a creative way
· Positive attitude
· Good communication skills
· Excellent planning and organising skills
· Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings
