What will I be doing?

As a C&E Operations Attendant you will be responsible for welcoming our international guests to our Conference & Events area and sharing your passion and knowledge of events, food and beverages with them! 

·  You prepare the rooms for our event guests the evening before
·  You set up coffee breaks and serve lunch or dinner 
·  You may also provide support in our Room Service Department
·  You take care of guests' requests and wishes
·  You have an open ear for any criticism or complaints from our guests and know how to deal with them

·  You speak English fluently (and ideally German)
·  You have a valid visa & work permit in Germany
·  Ideally, you have already completed training in the hotel/restaurant industry and/or have professional experience in service
