What will I be doing?
As a Concierge, you'll be the go-to person for both our guests and VIPs, ensuring their stay is nothing short of amazing. From sharing insider tips about the hotel and local hotspots to making their first impression unforgettable, you'll be all about creating standout experiences. You'll handle the following responsibilities with a smile, delivering top-tier service every step of the way! Specifically, you will:
· Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly attitude, making sure they feel taken care of from check-in to check-out.
· Be the local expert! Share your favorite spots for dining, entertainment, and attractions, tailored to what guests will love most.
· Book and confirm reservations for restaurants, tours, transport, or any fun activity guests want to enjoy during their stay.
· Handle questions, requests, or concerns with ease, always offering helpful solutions to keep guests happy.
· Stay in the know about all the hotel’s amenities, promotions, and events so you can pass on the latest and greatest info to guests.
· Jump in to assist the guest service agents or porters whenever needed to keep things running smoothly.
