Job Overview:

The Cluster Sales Manager – Luxury & MICE is responsible for driving business across multiple properties in the luxury and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) segments. This role oversees the strategic execution of sales initiatives, builds strong relationships with high end clients and corporate partners, and contributes to the overall commercial success of the cluster. The Manager ensures that all sales activities align with brand standards and support the unique positioning of each property within the portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·      Lead and execute a proactive sales strategy targeting luxury leisure, corporate, and MICE business across the cluster.

·      Manage key accounts, high end travel agencies, corporate clients, and event planners to maximize revenue opportunities.

·      Represent the cluster properties at roadshows, trade shows, luxury travel fairs, and MICE industry events, both domestically and internationally.

·      Respond to all client inquiries and RFPs with tailored proposals, ensuring a maximum response time of 24 hours.

·      Plan and conduct sales calls and in-person visits to develop and nurture long-term client relationships.

·      Support the planning and execution of familiarization trips, site inspections, and client entertainment activities.

·      Collaborate closely with Revenue Management and Marketing to develop targeted campaigns and maximize yield.

·      Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client data in the PMS and CRM systems.

·      Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.

·      Actively participate in weekly revenue and sales meetings, contributing data-driven insights and pipeline reports.

Work Experience

·  Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hotel sales and/or MICE sales within a multi-property or cluster role.
·  Proven success in achieving sales targets and developing business in high-end markets.
·  Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages such as French, German, or are an asset).
·  Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a professional, polished demeanor.
·  Excellent time management and ability to prioritize in a multi-property environment.
·  Proficient in CRM and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce).

Benefits

The Hotels are located in Chania - Crete, but the candidate can be based in Athens.
