As the Cluster Sales Coordinator, you will represent 3 unique hotels across New Zealand in the development of new customer relationships while maintaining existing relationships with assigned accounts. The hotels in the cluster you will be looking after are Hilton Auckland, Hilton Lake Taupo, and Double Tree by Hilton Karaka. Your primary objective will be to support the Sales team in maximizing revenue across all revenue streams for the hotels in the cluster.
What will you be doing?
• Developing targeted accounts and maintaining existing accounts
• Maintaining relationships with agents, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Conduct site inspections of the hotel with potential clients
• Following up on sales leads, sent and received
• Updating and maintaining accurate databases
• Gather, organize, and analyze market intelligence
• Attending industry-related functions, trade shows and hotel events, which may occasionally require availability during the evenings and weekends

• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and market dynamics in New Zealand is advantageous
