Classification: Full-Time
Shift: Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $28 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

The Club Services Supervisor will assist with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Sakura Club, including the Food & Beverage and Guest Services experiences for all guests staying within this level.
What will I be doing?
The Club Services Supervisor will assist with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Sakura Club, including the Food & Beverage and Guest Services experiences for all guests staying within the level. This position works closely with the Club Services Manager and caters to both the Rooms and Food & Beverage services of this level:
· Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate Team Members for the Sakura Club.
· Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues and complaints in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Remain poised, calm, and alert while serving as a Conrad Brand Ambassador.
· Register VIP guests by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system, confirming pertinent information such as number of guests and room rate. Promote Hilton Honors and other Brand initiatives. Provide materials for guest arrival and departure, including room keys, club keys, certificates, etc.
· Schedule, assign daily work, lead pre-shift meetings, inform and train team members
· Develop and implement luxury operating standards for Sakura Club.
· Distribute printed materials, such as brochures of activities or services.
